Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

All orders of Forever Melanin products are shipped via USPS. Once your order is received, it normally takes 1-2 business days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Once shipped, your package will arrive within 5-7 business days. Please make sure ALL shipping info is correct when finalizing your order. It is our responsibility to ensure you feel good about our products and your shopping experience with us. However, Forever Melanin Brand is not responsible for incorrect sizes, addresses, lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Once your item is professionally packaged and handed safely to USPS, we have no further control over it.

Return Policy:

If the product you received is defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange upon review. Please email support@forevermelaninbrand.com with your order number, name and the email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern, accompanied by an attached picture. Our return policy lasts 5 days after you receive your order (excluding weekends or national holidays).
